Hi, I’m Michelle.

I am a starseed, spiritual seeker, intuitive healer, author, speaker, health nut, mom of two beautiful girls and wife to one amazing husband. On a typical day, you can find me squeezing in a morning meditation, channeling my favorite light beings or Archangels, vitamixing my favorite smoothie, hitting up a yoga class and carpooling my two girls to school. Let’s not forget the most important part.. connecting with spirit!

it all fell into my lap after experiencing my own health crisis.

I wasn’t always a wellness nut, spirit seeking, yoga enthusiast. In fact, it all fell into my lap after experiencing my own health crisis. More on that later, but first, let’s go back a bit, shall we? I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois playing sports, eating beefaroni and watching the jetsons. My Mother was the girl scout leader, PTA member and my biggest fan at all of my sporting events. My Father was an airline pilot, but was very involved with my school and cheering me on in the stands when he was home from a trip. I grew up with a twin sister and an older brother. I am surprised we did not kill each other during the long winter months being cooped up in the house. We did, however, bond over our love for Legos and Eggos!

My sister and I ventured off to college at Arizona State University, graduating with honors in marketing. I definitely spread my wings and matured physically (maybe not so much mentally) while away from home. Let’s just say, they knew my twin and I very well at the local bar. The party didn’t stop there..we headed West a bit more to put another notch in our belts at the University of San Diego, graduating with our Masters’ in Business. I eventually scored a great corporate job working at a fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. I fell in love with my co-worker, and we have been happily married now for 20 years. We have two beautiful, healthy girls and two Goldendoodles. Yes, my life seemed pretty perfect! Life was pretty darn perfect...until it wasn’t…

a thyroid cancer diagnosis at age 37.

Life smacked me right upside the head, slapping me with a thyroid cancer diagnosis at age 37. WAIT, WHAT? What happened to the rainbows and butterflies? My life had been pretty sheltered up until that point. Adversity was not in my vocabulary. I had not been challenged physically, mentally or spiritually in this sort of capacity prior to this. I lived through my darkest days in the months and years to follow. I know that thyroid cancer is the “good cancer” (insert sarcasm), but the thyroid is a vital organ, touching every cell in the human body. Without it, my body was out of balance, toxic and sensitive. I suffered from panic attacks, fear, tinnitus, anxiety, OCD and insomnia to name a few. Looking back, I am not sure that I can fully blame the thyroid cancer for all of my symptoms. I think the Universe was throwing a spiritual awakening down my throat simultaneously! I would find myself crawled up in the fetal position crying my eyes out, praying for my healing to anyone who would listen. I said, “Please, GOD, Source, Angels...please heal me so that I can help heal others.”

Well, apparently “something” was out there paying attention to my pleas for help. All of a sudden people and things were coming into my life in a synchronistic fashion to help me heal. Someone would recommend that I see an integrative doctor, or I would read about a new supplement that was a perfect match for my ailment. I frequented my local health food store, where they held free classes. It is there where I met an angel on Earth, my homeopath. Also, my twin sister just happened to meet a local intuitive/psychic who later became my first Reiki instructor. The more I opened up spiritually, the more my healing advanced. I eventually became a Reiki Master and practiced daily on myself. I give full credit to Reiki and subsequently my shamanic training for being the catalyst to my healing, my spiritual awakening and heightened intuition.

my life purpose is helping others heal.

I grew obsessed with learning about holistic ways to heal my body. I completely changed my diet and lifestyle. I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, earning my integrative health coaching certificate. I also grew passionate about enhancing my spiritual knowledge, so I attended many classes, workshops, online trainings and attained several certifications. I am obsessed with building my intuition, and I am very particular about who I choose as mentors and advisors. My life purpose is helping others heal, and my mission in this lifetime is to help with the nuances of cleansing the body, mind and soul in preparation for spiritual ascension.. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, Galactic Shaman, channel, intuitive healer, and ascension guide, I act as a vessel to channel the healing and messages that are necessary for your personal healing journey.
