This is the perfect session for those needing a quick realignment in between sessions. These mini, quick sessions can help during the integration period following the longer sessions. I will send a light language track and/or a meditation that will provide you what you are needing in the moment. The light language speaks to your higher self, which knows exactly how to incorporate it. I will also channel a message from your guides and provide intuitive insights. Please keep in mind, this session is NOT LIVE. You are scheduled for a time slot in order for me to put you on my schedule. I will tap in during that time period, but we will not have a live discussion. The insights will be sent via email within 24 hours of your allotted time slot.
